Joey In Peace
I was not alone, waiting for my friend for life
over the fields - Albert. He cares for me.
But when he went to ringing the bells
all six ringing is the sound I will never forget
know matter where I am.

The first shots of war began to echo through the valleys. I ran on until I found myself alone and away from the noise of the battle. We had won, I heard it said, but horses lay dead and dying everywhere.
